I was after a very specific part to my broken down Envirovent bathroom fan and the service I received at Countyelec was fantastic. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and helped to make sure I chose the right item before I proceeded with the order. He re-assured me I will be able to return the product if it does not fit, but it never came to it because it was exactly what I was after. Highly recommend.

I rang your number a few days ago to ask about purchasing the Envirovent central cartridge (240V). The man I spoke to on the phone was so lovely and helpful, taking the time to check the item for me and try to find the product model number.

In the end, I decided to risk it and order the cartridge to see if I can fit it in my fan. It has arrived a couple of days ago and I installed it successfully! It fit perfectly!
